I was initially thrilled with the ReSound ONE—the sound quality was crisp, and the rechargeable battery lasted all day. But after just 6 months, one of the aids started malfunctioning. Customer service was slow to respond, and repairs were costly. For the price, I expected more reliability. When they work, they’re great, but the issues I’ve had make it hard to recommend.

This is a solid budget option if you're not ready to invest thousands in premium devices. It amplifies sound well and is easy to use, but it lacks the advanced features like Bluetooth connectivity or adaptive noise cancellation. Also, it doesn’t fit as comfortably as higher-end models. That said, for the price, it’s a decent entry-level option for someone with mild to moderate hearing loss.

The Oticon More offers excellent sound quality and noise filtering. I appreciate how natural voices sound and how the device adjusts automatically to different environments. My only complaint is the app—it’s not very intuitive and sometimes disconnects from the hearing aids. But overall, this device has significantly improved my daily interactions and listening experience.

I’ve been using hearing aids for over a decade, and the Phonak Audeo Lumity is by far the best I've tried. The clarity is phenomenal—even in noisy restaurants, I can follow conversations without asking people to repeat themselves. The Bluetooth streaming is seamless, and I love taking calls directly through the aids. They're also very comfortable and discreet. I honestly feel like I got part of my life back.

What to Expect When You Request an Appointment

You can fill out the form to request an appointment at the nearest hearing care clinic. We offer appointments for numerous hearing care services, including full hearing assessments. We also offer  product discussions, maintenance or repairs, and more.

Here is our standard hearing test appointment process:

  • Questions & Hearing History

    We ask specific questions related to your hearing health and history, including health issues that commonly cause hearing loss such as diabetes.

  • Visual Examination

    We check your ears for any visible issues that can affect your hearing, such as an ear infection or excessive earwax.

  • Full hearing assessment

    We perform a comprehensive assessment of your hearing within our soundproof hearing test booth or room. With headphones on, we send a series of sounds and speech in various tones, pitches, and volumes where you are asked to push a button when you hear it.

  • Diagnosis

    We will show and explain the results of our hearing test so you understand the full nature of your current hearing health.

  • Solutions

    We will recommend the best solutions to help your needs, depending on the nature and severity of your hearing loss. We base our recommendations based on the best hearing aid brand, model, style, and level of technology to help your hearing needs.
